  1. SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (HR) 1 position

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under the direct supervision of the Acting Administrative Secretary, the roles and responsibilities of the Senior
    Administrative Officer, HR shall include but NOT limited to the following:

    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
    • Develop training and development programs
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
    • Assist in performance management processes Advise line managers and other employees on employment law and
      the employer’s own employment policies and procedures
    • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

    • A minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited tertiary institution in any of the following fields: Business/Public
      Administration, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or other related disciplines.
    • Must be a member of a recognized professional body
    • A minimum of four (4) years post-Bachelor’s degree relevant work experience in a reputable organization
    • Must have good knowledge and understanding of HR Procedures
    • Knowledge in financial Administration and regulation.
    • Good knowledge in Labour laws
    • Must have good written and oral communication skills
    • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
  2. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER ( 1 )

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under the direct supervision of the Acting Administration Secretary, the roles and responsibilities of the Administrative
    Officer shall include but NOT limited to the following:

    • Identify, recommends and participates in the implementation of strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
      of administrative operations
    • Participate in the development of staffing plans and performs administrative tasks
    • Conduct performance evaluations and schedules monthly meetings with support staff
    • Prepare records and produces formal minutes and related correspondence for meetings and ensuring timely distribution
      of materials
    • Maintain and track information related to project budget, timelines and achievement of goals

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited tertiary institution in any of the following fields:
      Business/Public Administration, Social Sciences or other related disciplines.
    • Must have completed National Service.
    • Strong Administrative and managerial competence
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks
    • Must possess a high sense of integrity above reproach
    • Must have good written and oral communication skills
    • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge in relevant ICT applications.
  3. SECURITY OFFICER/INTELLIGENCE (1 position )

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Administrative Secretary, the roles and responsibilities of the
    Security Officer/Intelligence shall include but NOT limited to the following:

    • Observe activities and assigned area to enforce the organizational rules/regulations and alert visitors of
      infractions
    • Patrol assigned areas, checking for fires, vandalism, suspicious activity, and report to the appropriate
      head
    • Decide when incident requires written report, decides which report form to use and submits to supervisor
    • Unlock buildings/doors after checking identification and compliance with institutional policies
    • Ensure the protection of employees, clients, visitors and properties of the organization

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

    • Must be a retired Military officer of the rank of Warrant Officer (W.O) or its equivalent in any Security
      Services.
    • Must be physically fit
    • Must have knowledge in safety and security management skills
    • Skill in observing situations and decision making
    • High integrity and good ethical standards
    • Skill in both verbal and written communication
    • Knowledge in IT applications
  4. PRIVATE SECRETARY (2 position)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Administrative Secretary, the roles and responsibilities of the
    Private Secretary shall include but not limited to the following:

    • Organize and maintain personnel records
    • Implement directives relating to staff training, learning and development.
    • Prepare HR documents and participate in HR projects
    • Perform routine administrative duties
    • Record and process minutes of meetings
    • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employees information

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

    • A minimum of HND in Management & Secretaryship/University Diploma in Management/Public Administration or
      any other fields from an accredited tertiary institution.
    • Must have completed National Service.
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
    • Self-motivated and able to perform job responsibilities with a minimum supervision
    • Good communications and basic office skill
    • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
  5. STENOGRAPHER SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST (2 position)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Administrative Secretary, the roles and responsibilities of the
    Stenographer Secretary/Receptionist shall include but not limited to the following:

    • Provide information regarding products or services of the organization
    • Updates employee attendance and visitors’ records
    • Assist in resolving clients’ issues and complaints
    • Schedules staff appointment with clients or organization representatives
    • Helps maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting visitor’s tag as necessary and maintain
      visitor logs (records)
    • Assist colleagues with administrative duties
    • Liaise with departments and provide clerical support
    • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

    • A minimum of Higher National Diploma/University Diploma in Secretaryship and Management or its equivalent
      professional qualification
    • Written and verbal communication skills
    • Good time management skills
    • Able to deal with difficult clients
    • Must be well organized, friendly and polite
    • Good in Microsoft applications
  6. CLEANER/MESSENGER (1 position)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under the direct supervision of the Estate & Maintenance Officer, the roles and responsibilities of the Cleaner/Messenger
    shall include but NOT limited to the following:

    • Carry Out Heavy Cleaning Tasks
    • Follow All Health And Safety Regulations
    • Clean Designated Facility Areas
    • Collaborates With Security Unit To Keep The Office Premise Secured

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

    • A Minimum of BECE or MSLC
    • Written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be physically fit
    • Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
    • Familiarity with material safety
  7. TEST DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (1 position)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under the direct supervision of the Test Development Secretary, the roles and responsibilities of the Test Development
    Officer shall include but not limited to the following:

    • Support the moderation of test items and periodic reports on moderation and other activities of the department
    • Assist with the processing of application forms, inputting details of new candidates into the organizational
      database where required
    • Support the development and maintenance of test item bank in the department
    • Assist the implementation of Test Development policies and strategies to fulfil quality assurance standards
      and best practices

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Psychology, Curriculum Development, or any other
      related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution
    • Must have completed national service
    • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

  8. COMPUTER PROGRAMMER AND NETWORKING ENGINEERING (3 position)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under the direct supervision of the Acting Test Administration Secretary, the roles and responsibilities of the
    IT programmer and Networking Engineering shall include but NOT limited to the following:

    • Ensure the installation of new hardware and software
    • Assist the Head of the IT department in the development of ICT strategies and policies
    • Supervise the maintenance and servicing of ICT equipment and accessories
    • Monitor the organization’s systems with security and fix network faults
    • Conduct ICT training needs of the Secretariat and design and implement appropriate training for all categories
      of staff to enhance the ICT skills

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited tertiary institution in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
      Information Technology, Management Information System (MIS) any other relevant field.
    • A relevant industry skill-based certification(s) would be an added advantage.
    • Must have completed National Service.
    • Desire to remain up to date with changes in technology
    • Ability to work under intense pressure
    • Good in IT and problem solving skills
  9. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT & RESEARCH OFFICER (1 position)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Curriculum and Research Secretary, the roles and responsibilities
    of the Curriculum Development & Research Officer shall include but NOT limited to the following:

    • Support and contribute to curriculum development and training initiatives
    • Design resources and training material to support stakeholders in curriculum design
    • Contribute to the upkeep and quality assurance of data within the HND’s curriculum system.
    • Prepare and present findings of research activity colleagues for review purposes
    • Prepare progress reports on research for funding bodies as required
    • Contribute to the overall activities of the department

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Psychology, Curriculum Development or any other
      related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution;
    • Must have completed national service
    • Ability to analyze and write up data
    • Must have basic research skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team
    • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
  10. PROCUREMENT OFFICER (1 position)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Procurement Secretary, the roles and responsibilities of the Procurement
    Officer shall include but NOT limited to the following:

    • Maintain and update lists of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times and future development
    • Prepare reports to ensure compliance with related laws and regulations
    • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
    • Prepare and develop bid documents and supplier bid lists to obtain competitive quotations, commodities and
      services
    • Develops plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies
    • Create and maintain inventory of all coming and current supplies

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

    • A minimum of an HND/University Diploma in Purchasing & Supply or any related field from an accredited tertiary
      institution.
    • Must have completed National Service
    • Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes and systems
    • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
    • Goal-oriented and team player
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge in IT applications
  11. AUDITING OFFICER (1 position)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Internal Auditor, the roles and responsibilities of the Auditing
    Officer shall include but NOT limited to the following:

    • Assist the Manager, Internal Audit in the development of the annual Internal Audit Plan
    • Contributes to the safeguarding of corporate assets and the interests of members by ensuring appropriate
      internal controls are in place and operating effectively
    • Required reports regarding any significant changes in internal auditing or control procedures that could
      potentially expose the organization to additional risk
    • Perform general administrative assignments in support of the audit

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited tertiary institution in any of the following fields:
      Finance, Accounting or any other related discipline,

      OR

      A minimum of Level II qualification from a recognized and relevant professional body. (e.g. ICA-GH, ACCA,
      CPA or CIMA)

    • Must have completed National Service
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
    • Good computer skills
